Love this place! It is absolutely southern style. And I recommend the rice noodles if you want to try some authentic taste. It is served without soup, but they get some soup for you if you want it. I think the flavor is flavorful enough already. You can taste so many spices in the thickened sauce; saltiness is just perfect. It is served with pickled string bean that adds a different kick. Paired with thinly sliced marinated beef, but I still think noodle was the highlight. It does have peanut, if you're allergic, just ask them not to put any.

We enjoyed greatly the authentic and very spicy Sichuan dishes from Long Gong Chinese Restaurant. If you want Chinese dishes, order these with both English and Chinese dish names. Be prepared that some dishes are very very spicy. I didn't try the first few pages of dishes in English only, mostly Americanized Chinese food.

Great place overall, especially if you want to try some authentic Chinese food from Hunan. 🙂 The new owners are friendly and dedicated to their craft. I could tell the difference in their food; they definitely use quality ingredients. Be sure to ask the server what their specialty dishes are, and you’ll be in for a treat. They made me a spicy chicken dish 辣子鸡 that is typically a Sichuan specialty, and they did so in their own style. I was impressed by their effort, and found it to be delicious. I would definitely go back to try more.
