By far my favorite Chinese food in the Long Beach and surrounding areas. The slippery shrimp are amazing and one of my go to orders despite my normal favs being beef and chicken dishes.

Great Food. I order Egg Foo Young. A Label was attached to my bag at the time of delivery that stated, we don't make Egg Foo Young at this location but we will make it for you with this order. I thought was a very AWESOME thing for them to do. Yang Chow should reconsider the Egg Foo Young. It was the BEST DISH. I hope they start making it, so others could try

I'm a very long time fan of the full Yang Chow restaurants in Chinatown and Pasadena, and in particular their Slippery Shrimp. This location is not a full service restaurant, and is essentially more of a take out option almost exclusively, but their Slippery Shrimp is every bit as delicious as you'll find at the full locations, and that's really all that matters to me. I live down in Orange County, so this location is much closer to me than the other ones, but the Slippery Shrimp is so good it's worth making the hour long round trip for me to get some. I can't speak to the quality of any other dish here, but it's Yang Chow, so if you're not ordering the Slippery Shrimp then you're just doing it wrong.

Soooooooo....good! I really liked the slippery shrimp bowl! It was sweet, sour, crunchy and filling. Good price for $13. Also tried the spring roll. It was a little greasy, but still crunchy and satisfying. Don't bring a large group with expectations of dining in because the space is small. Overall, great customer service and good food for such a limited menu. I will definately come back for more real soon!
