Hot Pot is one of my top thing to eat, if the city I’m visiting has one, mandatorily I have to make a stop. And let me tell you, this one didn’t disappoint. The building is alright, they managed to organized it really good, the tables were not as sophisticated as I’m used to for hat pot restaurants, but it made the job. The service, was great of this will be your first time the waiters were so helpful, and they will explain you how the experience will go. The food, it was fantastic, the broth was so delicious I could drink it by itself, and the souse bar was complete, they have everything you need for your concoction lol I wish it was better labeled, My biggest concern is the cross contamination between sesame seed souse and peanut sauce, they look so much a like, but besides that I had a great experience here, I can’t wait to come back to Albuquerque for the summer so I can eat here again.

Delicious! I am so happy there is a hot pot place in abq. Their broths are tasty and I like the sauce bar a lot. It's a casual restaurant, but not the most intimate setting. I'm always excited to eat here!
